Our workouts are designed to be challenging with live game-like scenarios. A unique approach to basketball training, we don't use cones or chairs but rather live defense to provide a basketball training environment that is as close to a game as you will see.

SCHEDULE YOUR SESSIONS
All players must schedule the sessions they plan on attending prior to showing up for workouts! There are only 18 spots per session to ensure the best possible workout for all of our players. If you do not signup prior to the session (2 hours in advance), you will not be permitted to workout in the group. Additionally, if you fail to attend a group you signup for, you are subject to a $10 fee and your credit will not be reissued.
Steps to make sure you signup correctly:
1. Download the CoachIQ App available in the App Store and on Android Devices.
2. Log into your dannycooperbasketball.com account.
3. From the home page, see the header 'Sessions.'
4. Click on available.
5. Click "book now" for your respective age groups' session.
6. Select the date you are attending, click on the time slot and confirm with clicking "book with 1 credit."
To cancel an academy session (at least 2 hours in advance):
1. See the 'Bookings' tab under the 'Sessions' header.
2. Click on the red trash can button next to the respective session you wish to cancel.
3. Click "yes" to confirm your wish to cancel that session and you are all set.
4. Your credit will be reissued for future use within 24 hours.
Your credits will renew 30 days from your date of purchase/membership renewal date.
Private Training
We believe that our group style training paired with our online platform is the best possible development for our players. If you want more individualized training on top of that - we only offer private lessons for academy members due to limited availability and court time. If you ARE a current academy member - contact Danny to schedule a time.

Please read carefully before enrolling in our academy memberships or basketball camps
1. Enrollment Fees and Camp Registrations:
All fees paid for academy memberships and camps are non-refundable. Once enrolled, you are committed to the program.
2. Cancellation or Withdrawal:
No refunds will be provided if you choose to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from the academy membership or camps after purchase or renewal. Please notify DCB Team to cancel your membership 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
3. Payment Policy
By attending an academy session with a paused membership, the DCB team has the right to resume your membership.
4. Medical or Personal Reasons
No refunds will be granted due to medical conditions, injuries, or personal reasons that prevent participation. It is the responsibility of the participant/guardian to assess their fitness and ability to participate.
5. Transferability
Academy memberships and camp registrations are non-transferable to other players. Participants may not transfer their enrollment to another season or program.
6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By enrolling in a Danny Cooper Basketball service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this no refund policy. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Danny Cooper Basketball.
